A touch screen interface, colour-coded tolerance checking, built-in power for laser and ultrasonic gauges and bi-directional Ethernet communication are just a few of the many features offered with Beta LaserMike Europe’s new DataPro 3100. Laser diameter gauges and ultrasonic gauges can be combined in a number of powerful system configurations using the industrial process controller. These allow for monitoring and control of any two laser diameter gauges to provide the required (core, hot and/or cold) control of the extrusion process.
